Vintage Design
This elegantly designed column has a rougher section between the foot and the base. The column is not made of solid travertine, but of plates of travertine about 3 mm thick. The plates on the foot are mounted on a plaster base, making the column very stable. The plates on the rest of the column are mounted on a hollow frame, so that the weight of the column remains limited.
The item is in good condition, there are no breaks or cracks.
The height is 77 cm. At the top the column is 25.5 cm x 25.5 cm.
The base is also 25.5 cm x 25.5 cm. The narrowest part of the column is 16 cm x 16 cm.
